When will my order ship out?

We ship out orders placed before 12PM EST Monday to Friday the same day and any subsequent orders will be shipped out the following business day.

I made a mistake with my order, how can I change it?

Contact us at and we can help you change it. In some cases we may have to cancel your order and you can start a new one.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship to Canada and US due to high shipping costs. If you have a larger order that is shipping to elsewhere in the world please contact customer service at and we can give you a shipping quote.

What’s your return policy?

All unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery and defective products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For more details you can read our Return and Exchange policy.

I like your filaments but want it in a custom color, is that possible?

Currently we only offer custom color services for large orders. Please contact us at for more details.

I do large prints and want bigger spools, are those available?

Unfortunately at this time we only offer our filaments in 1KG and 0.75KG spools depending on the product. If there’s a specific filament you would like to see offered in a larger spool let us know! We plan on offering larger spool of select products in the near future so follow us on our social media pages to know when.

Are 2.85mm filaments available?

Not yet. We know some of you have printers (i.e. Ultimaker) that use 2.85mm filaments so don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten about you. In the near future we are planning to offer select filaments in a 2.85mm format.

What does “industrial compostable” mean?

We specify industrial compostable for some of our filaments because to put it plainly most bio-plastics (PLA included) probably won’t biodegrade away in a home compost bin. For biodegradation to occur there must be a certain amount of heat, moisture and bacteria in the soil that industrial composting facilities have but most home compost bins don’t have.

How I can track my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Sometimes it does take a bit of time for the tracking info to be updated after a package has been picked up so if no info is immediately available after receiving the email please check again after a few hours. In the case that no tracking info is available from the courier 24 hours after you received the email please contact with your order ID and we will look into it for you.

Does my order qualify for free shipping?

We offer free shipping to the contiguous United States and Canada (excluding territories) on orders exceeding $140USD and $120CAD respectively before shipping and applicable taxes. Please visit our Terms and Conditions page for more details.
