Returns and Exchanges

If any products are missing or damaged please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
All unopened products purchased from Fortis3D can be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund or store credit. If the product has been opened (but unused) there will be a 20% restocking fee. A return shipping label can be requested from us or alternatively it can be shipped back to us at your own cost. In the case where we provide the return shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the original purchase amount.
Defective products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for refund or exchange. Please email us or submit a return request in your account area with details of the problem so we can better determine if it is defective and issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). If we determine the product maybe defective a return shipping label will be provided. Upon receipt of the returned product, Fortis3D will conduct tests on all returned defective products for validation of defect. Products that are found to be defective will be fully refunded. If the returned products are found to be not defective it will be returned at the customer’s own cost.
Free Shipping
Orders shipping within Canada above $120 CAD before shipping costs and applicable taxes qualify for free shipping (except for shipments to the territories) using the shipping method with the lowest cost. Orders shipping to the contiguous United States also qualify for free shipping (using the shipping method with the lowest cost) if the order value before shipping and applicable taxes totals $140USD or more. The free shipping offer covers up to $50 CAD of shipping charges for orders within Canada and up to $50 USD for orders within United States. If the shipping costs exceed this limit you will have to pay for the amount exceeding the limit. This is automatically calculated on the checkout page.
Order Processing
All orders received before 2PM EST Monday to Friday will be processed the same day. Orders received after 2PM EST will be processed the following business day. Large orders or unexpected issues may delay this process and will be communicated if delays exceed 2 business days.
Warranty
All products, unless otherwise explicitly stated, are provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of our products and services. We are also not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from any reliance of advice, statement or information displayed on our website or given by any of our representatives.

This site is operated by Fortis 3D Corp. based in Canada and as such the terms and any legal disputes or claims are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
